Surelock Introduction

It is amidst this bustling commerce that the Everest Group saw a growing need for wiring and panel accessories in India. The Group began Surelock Plastics Pvt. Ltd., an engineering plastic moulding unit, in 1998 at Rabale, Navi Mumbai. With a vision of providing the Indian marketplace finest quality, cost competitive ‘made in India’ tag Cable Tie products. The operations commenced with a capacity of 1 million pieces per day.

The Surelock Brand quickly gained quality acceptance by dealers, distributors and OEMs alike throughout India and became a trusted Brand with uncompromising quality standards. At this point the Surelock founder mindset was decided on growth to become a house of All Application Cable Ties. The company expanded its plant capacity to 5 million pieces per day.

Since then there has been no looking back. Surelock has grown from strength to strength. Today we are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company from DNV. The largest manufacturers of Cable Ties in terms of range and metric-ton production capacity in India. We manufacture a wide spectrum of wiring and panel accessories, products that include: cable ties, wiring products, security seals, electrical and panel board accessories.

From raw materials to finished Surelock products, we are certified by UL, ABS & DNV. We achieve high quality standards through skilled manpower, technology and innovative processes. Our core competency lies in our intense knowledge of our products and their industry wise application. We are currently catering to over 500 companies in diverse fields. Plant

Surelock Cable Ties are made from the finest raw materials in our state-of-the-art Rabale manufacturing facility. The plant has a fully equipped tool room along with auto-cad designing, research and development facilities, injection moulding, hot stamping, assembly, press-shop, powder coating plant, a quality control department and storage facility.

We use Polyamide – 66 from the world’s leading Polymer Companies, renowned DuPont USA and Rhodia. Special polyamide compounds are procured from well known global manufacturers to produce fire retardant, heat stabilized and UV resistant cable ties.

The Surelock Rabale plant is equipped with up-to-date technology and equipment to produce consistent quality at a competitive price. It is equipped with Injection moulding; closed-loop PLC controlled machines with sophisticated dehumidification and auxiliary equipments to achieve the best output at low maintenance cost.

Our moulds are manufactured from the best quality steel. Mould flow analysis helps maintain consistent product quality. To ensure new product development and maintenance of moulds and tools, the tool room and design department are equipped with machines like CNC machinery centre, wire-cut, profile projector and more.

Advantage Surelock

Surelock has extensive expertise in manufacturing Cable Ties under optimized process parameters and quality control at each and every stage. For example, we dehumidify the polyamide granules and ensure that hygroscopic resin dries to specified dew point, and then gets moulded at a particular temperature followed by moisture conditioning at the right humidity level. For Steel ties we make sure that the stainless steel meets the required chemical composition and hardness. The finished product passes through the deburring process to achieve all round smooth edges.

Surelock Cable ties have long shelf life when stored within the recommended temperature. Surelock varieties of Cable Ties such as Standard, UV Black and Fire Retardant can withstand temperatures from -40^o up to 85^o Celsius. Standard Ties are used for normal indoor applications whereas our UV weather resistant Ties are used for outdoor applications. Surelock Fire retardant ties are used in hazardous areas and in public transport where fire is the primary concern. Our Heat Stabilized ties are used for extreme temperature conditions of upto 130^o Celsius. For specific applications where changes are anticipated or Ties need frequent opening our reusable Cable Ties do the best job. For corrosive climate and extreme temperature conditions of upto 538^o Celsius Stainless Steel Cable ties can be used. Surelock Nylon Cable ties are lead free ROHS compliant.

An adequate percentage of moisture conditioning gives Surelock Cable Ties the proper flexibility and good tensile strength. Surelock also has a wide range of cable tie tensioning and cutting tools.
